Chakra Yantra

A brass tube passes through the center of two circular metal instruments through which the angle of the stars and planets from the equator can be discerned by employing the two sunken hemispheres. It also seems to have functioned as a teaching tool, as measurements made by students on one set of instruments could be verified using the other set.
